Kara Zunie, an 18 year resident of  Sacramento, received her Certified Massage Therapy accreditation from the Healing Arts Institute in Roseville, CA. She is a continuing student of Illuminatis, specializing in BioValent Systems Therapy, as well as a professional member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.  Her education involved extensive studies of anatomy and physiology, massage theory, and clinical practice.  She is a doula in the local community, and was an instructor and volunteer doula for the Sacramento Birthing Project Doula Program.  She brings intuitive  knowledge and skill in the specialties of BioValent Therapy™, CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, SoftTissue Release™, Deep Tissue and Sports Therapy, Swedish, and Therapeutic Massage.
